Cookie policy

What we store in your browser

To work, this site stores the minimum essential information in your own browser, using local storage:

  • Your shopping cart, so it isn't lost when you change pages.
  • Whether you have paused the homepage video, during your visit.
  • Your email address on the confirmation screen, so we can show you your order and let you download your tickets.
  • Your choice about cookies (accept, reject or configure), so we don't ask you again on every visit.

This information stays on your device, we do not receive it, and it does not require your consent because the site cannot work without it.

Third-party cookies during payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe, which sets its own cookies to prevent fraud and complete the transaction. They are necessary to make a payment. You can read its policy at stripe.com.

Audience measurement (only if you accept it)

We use Google Analytics 4, through Google Tag Manager, to find out how many people visit the site, which pages they view and how the ticket purchase progresses. We use this information to improve the site. We do not use it for advertising, nor do we combine it with your purchase data to identify you.

These cookies are only set if you accept them in the notice that appears on your first visit. Until then, no Google code is loaded. If you reject them, they are never set.

  • _ga: distinguishes one visitor from another anonymously. Google. Lasts 2 years.
  • _ga_RQQVHEPGY7: stores the session status. Google. Lasts 2 years.

Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can see how it uses them at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Advertising

The cookie notice also has an advertising checkbox. At present this site does not set any advertising cookies, whether you accept or not. If we did so in the future, we would update this policy and ask you again.

How to change your choice

You can change what you chose at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings. If you do, the cart and the confirmation screen may stop working properly.
