Español.-  Con este ticket tienes acceso al evento PRIDE ON THE BEACH que tendrá lugar el miércoles 10 de Mayo dentro de la programación oficial del Maspalomas Pride by Freedom 2023.

COMPRUEBA TU COMPRA

Si tu compra se ha realizado correctamente, recibirás un correo de confirmación con información detallada de la compra que acabas de realizar. Puede ser que este correo no te llegue a la “Bandeja de entrada” ya que algunos servicios de internet lo detectan como spam. Te recomendamos que mires siempre el apartado de “Correo no deseado”. Una vez finalizada tú compra y recibido el email de confirmación, recibirás otro email con tus entradas y sus respectivos códigos QR que deberás presentar al acceder al evento. Nuestro objetivo es proceder al envío de las entradas lo antes posible. Si éstas no te han llegado a tu correo electrónico pasados cinco días de la fecha de compra, contacta con nosotros. Incluye tu número de referencia, el nombre y dirección de correo electrónico con el que realizaste la compra.

Una vez adquirido tu ticket no se aceptarán cambios ni devoluciones.

English.- With this ticket you have access to the PRIDE ON THE BEACH, event that will take place on WEDNESDAY, MAY 10 within the official program of Maspalomas Pride by Freedom 2023.

CHECK YOUR PURCHASE

If your purchase is correct, you will receive a confirmation email with further information about the purchase you just made. It may be that this email does not reach your “Inbox” since some Internet services detect it as spam. We recommend you always check your “Spam” inbox. Once you have completed your purchase and received the confirmation email, you will receive another email with your tickets and their respective QR codes that you must show when accessing the event. Our goal is to proceed to e-send your tickets as soon as possible. If these have not reached your email after five days of purchase, contact us. Include your reference number, the name and email used when the purchase was made.
