ℹ️ INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE

El Mid Pride Pass debe recogerse en la zona VIP ubicada junto al escenario principal del Pride Park (Plaza del Yumbo) a partir del 6 de mayo, durante el horario de las actividades programadas o en el acceso a cualquiera de las fiestas oficiales.

✅ COMPRUEBA TU COMPRA

Si tu compra se ha realizado correctamente, recibirás un correo electrónico de confirmación con los detalles de tu pedido.
Este mensaje podría llegar a tu carpeta de correo no deseado, así que te recomendamos revisarla.

Tras la confirmación, recibirás un segundo correo con tus entradas y los códigos QR necesarios para acceder a los eventos.

Nuestro equipo intentará enviarte las entradas lo antes posible.
Si no las has recibido en un plazo de 5 días desde la compra, contáctanos e incluye tu número de referencia, nombre y dirección de correo electrónico con la que hiciste el pedido.

No se aceptan cambios ni devoluciones una vez adquirido el Mid Pride Pass.

The Mid Pride Pass must be collected at the VIP area located next to the main stage in Pride Park (Yumbo Square)starting on May 6th, during scheduled event times or at the entrance of any official party.

If your purchase was successful, you will receive a confirmation email with all your order details.
Please note it may land in your spam or junk folder, so don’t forget to check there.

After confirmation, you’ll receive a second email containing your tickets and QR codes, which must be shown to access the events.

Our team will send your tickets as quickly as possible.
If you haven’t received them within 5 days of purchase, please contact us with your reference number, name, and email address used for the purchase.

No changes or refunds are allowed once the Mid Pride Pass has been purchased.

Der Mid Pride Pass muss im VIP-Bereich neben der Hauptbühne im Pride Park (Plaza del Yumbo) ab dem 6. Maiwährend der Veranstaltungszeiten oder am Eingang einer der offiziellen Partys abgeholt werden.

✅ KAUFÜBERPRÜFUNG

Nach einem erfolgreichen Kauf erhältst du eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail mit allen Informationen zu deiner Bestellung.
Diese E-Mail könnte im Spam-Ordner landen – bitte prüfe diesen daher ebenfalls.

Anschließend erhältst du eine zweite E-Mail mit deinen Eintrittskarten und QR-Codes, die du beim Einlass vorzeigen musst.

Wir bemühen uns, die Tickets so schnell wie möglich zu versenden.
Solltest du sie nicht innerhalb von 5 Tagen nach dem Kauf erhalten, kontaktiere uns bitte mit deiner Referenznummer, deinem Namen und der E-Mail-Adresse, die du beim Kauf verwendet hast.
